This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective by and between AppleFish Media, LLC (the “Company”), and purchaser of the digital product or service (hereafter “Client”, "Buyer", "Customer" , "Client" or "you"), for the purpose of Client using this website or purchasing a digital product, service, or other offering from Company’s online shop (the “Product”). Client agrees to the terms and conditions below by checking the box in the online shopping cart checkout or by submitting payment for the Product.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all provided materials, instructions, and specifications before production begins. Any disputes related to customized services must be resolved under Oregon state law, with venue in Jackson County, Oregon.
